Please join us for this fun bike ride and quick weekend getaway!

The Virginia Creeper Trail is a 35-mile multi-purpose rail trail. Located in southwestern Virginia, the trail runs from Abingdon to Whitetop, Virginia, near Mount Rogers National Recreation Area and the North Carolina state line.

We’ll be doing the Damascus to Whitetop route, which is 17 miles (downhill and mostly flat).  A van will take us to the top, and we’ll ride down.  Total time is 3 to 4 hours – there are many places to stop and enjoy the scenery and a few restaurants/snack bars along the way to grab a snack and drink.
