M3, W1: A Life of Purpose

Jesus gave His disciples a vision for their lives when He invited them to follow Him. The success of their life's mission would be determined by their passion, focus, and obedience. In this lesson, we will discuss how necessary it is to embrace the calling of life lived on purpose.

M3, W3: Gifted for Ministry

The Holy Spirit desires to fill each believer with power and His supernatural gifts for the edification of the body and the work of ministry in the world. All the gifts of the Holy Spirit that were at work in the church of the first century are available today and are to be earnestly desired and practiced. In this lesson, we will lay a foundation for the validity and necessity of God’s people ministering in the supernatural gifts of the Spirit.

M3, W4: Ministering by the Spirit

We have all been called to ministry and for us to be effective, all ministry must flow out of us by the Spirit; not just through mere human effort. In this lesson, we will discuss another aspect of our Spirit-led ministry by exploring how the Holy Spirit wants us to minister by bearing His fruit.

M3, W5: Exploring the Gifts of the Spirit, Pt. 1

Through the Holy Spirit’s work in our lives, we are able to bear personal fruit and ministry fruit through the manifestation and power of the Spirit’s gifts. Last week we identified the fruits of the Spirit. In this lesson, we will explore the gifts of the Spirit as listed in scripture.

M3, W6: Exploring the Gifts of the Spirit, Pt. 2

In the last session, we examined the revelation and the utterance gifts of 1 Corinthians 12. In this lesson, we will explore the power gift of 1 Corinthians 12 and the service gifts listed in Romans 12. We want to stretch our faith in order to operate powerfully by the Spirit’s anointing.

M3, W7: The Equipping Gifts

In Ephesians 4, we find the office gifts, which are also called the equipping gifts. These are anointings given by the Holy Spirit for the training, teaching, leading, and protection of the church. As a result of these gifts, the Holy Spirit calls some particular people to certain positions in the church to function as equippers. In this lesson, we will give an overview of how these gifts operate in the church.

M3, W8: Ministering to the World, Pt. 1

In this lesson, we will turn our attention to our calling to advance the Kingdom of God in the realms of darkness. We will identify the controlling gates of influence and receive the mandate to prevail in faith and take our place in these spheres of influence for the Kingdom.

M3, W9: Ministering to the World, Pt. 2

The great commission found in Matthew 28 is a challenging call for disciple-making disciples of Jesus to go into every aspect of the world and advance the Kingdom of God. In this lesson, we will give some practical ways for Christ-followers to win the lost and impact their society outside the walls of the church.

M3, W10: Ministering to Your Family, Pt. 1

Discipleship is something most people relegate to the church only. The call to make disciples reaches far beyond church gatherings or local congregations. Disciple-making should reach to the nations but it should also be the priority in the family. In the next two lessons, we will discuss the priority of family discipleship and offer some practical tips to help guide you as you minister to your family.

M3, W11: Ministering to Your Family, Pt. 2

Jesus came to make disciples out of His followers. He chose the twelve to teach, train, and release into the world to be disciple-makers in the same manner. In this lesson, we will talk in more detail about the ministry of making disciples in our very own households.

M3, W12: Keeping the Right Ministry Attitude

The way you think affects the way you feel about God, yourself, and others. There are many things in our discipleship journey that we cannot control. Trials will come in this life, and people will reject and hurt you at times. Some prayers will sometimes feel as though they will never be answered. However, in all this, we are told to clothe ourselves with the mind and attitude of Christ. In this final lesson of Module Three, we want to help you develop the attitude of endurance and joy that was found in Christ.
